In the unlikely event that the owner is unable to return or contact Jenn McKay within 14 days after the boarding period, ownership of the bird/s will be transferred to: *

I hereby release Sweet Peach Bird Services/Canine Aspirations, Jenn McKay, and their representatives, from any and all liability for my boarded bird/s. While every effort will be made to provide a safe and protected environment for your bird/s, the above are not responsible for accidents, injury or illness, including those caused by a natural disaster, burglary or fire. I agree that no legal claim or legal action will be taken against the aforementioned. *

I authorize Jenn McKay to seek any medical assistance as deemed necessary. In any case where veterinary care is needed, I agree to pay all related charges including veterinary fees. Birds will be taken to Integrative Animal Health Center in Bolton, MA, or Tufts Veterinary (if after hours). *

I agree to pay per night for the care of my bird/s, payable to Canine Aspirations. I am aware that I will pay for any additional nights, food, and medical costs incurred after the dates specified. If the bird/s is left 14 days beyond the pick-up date with no contact from the owner, the bird/s will be deemed abandoned and placed for adoption through an approved agency. I agree that the bird(s) shall not leave Jenn McKay's custody until all charges are paid. If using your cage, please remember to have it, and everything in it, immaculately clean. You will be charged $30/hr if it needs to be cleaned. *

Payment for Services A 50% deposit is required to make boarding reservations; the remaining 50% of the balance must be received by 14 days prior to your bird’s boarding stay. All payments will be made with US funds only in the form of cash or check. Checks should be made out to Canine Aspirations. Cancellation policies Because we are a small venue dedicated to personalized services, we are unable to accommodate last minute cancellations. Please review our policies carefully before making a reservation. Refunds will be made for boarding under the following circumstances: Cancel 4 weeks in advance of starting date—100% of deposit Cancel 2 weeks in advance of starting date—50% of deposit Less than 2 wks in advance of starting date—no refund unless we can fill your dates Returned Check Fee $50.00 Holidays A $10 surcharge applies to the following holidays for boarding birds: New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. *
