Our training programs are designed to deliver convenient solutions and our playgroup and boarding services center around a commitment to customer service and safety. We screen for compatibility and the dogs in our care are closely supervised and managed at all times. We are committed to continuing education, seeking out seminars and the newest cutting edge thinking about dogs and dog behavior. We work equally hard to provide the highest quality services. Rompin' Rovers Playgroups
We come pick up your dog or puppy & bring her & up to 6 of her friends to a large, private fenced yard. All dogs ride safely in crates in our minivan. Dogs play for 75 mins & then we drive everyone home.
Bed & Breakfast Boarding
Limited to just 2 overnight guests at anytime, leave your dog in a stress-free home environment with a professional dog trainer.
Dog Training
We offer puppy training & socialization, dog training, board-n-train, group classes, private lessons, & dog sports & fitness training.
Why Choose Us
We offer individualized care to a small number of dogs in our home where dogs are most comfortable. Owner, Jenn McKay is an experienced certified professional dog trainer. She stays on top of all current methodology & ascribes to force-free methods which is what the latest scientific studies support.
We are experienced with many breeds of dogs and are very small dog friendly. We are familiar with administering many different medications, & a wide variety of diets. Our host dog, rough collie Amber welcomes all canine friends with open paws!
Our Promise
We will use force free training and handling with your dog in training or when in our care.
We will never use or recommend prong collars, choke collars, or electronic training collars for your and your dog. We believe in using training, enrichment and management to work through any issues and deepen our relationship with our dogs. We will communicate with you regularly. We will treat your dog like they are one of our own.
